A 16-year-old student is inspiring everyone after she became a millionaire at such a young age, thanks to her online business.
Student Opens Online Business
Irish Oloris might just be a Grade 10 student, but this 16-year-old girl was already able to earn her first million by balancing time with her studies and selling beauty products online.
The young student took inspiration and learned the ropes from her mother, Irene Oloris, who’s a businesswoman. According to Mommy Irene, she brings her kids along to business trips and shows them how to be hands-on at their businesses.
So, it wasn’t surprising that Irish would soon take interest in starting her own business.
Being so young, Irish isn’t always focused on her business, but Mommy Irene helps keep her stay on the right track and teach her how to change her mindset so she can earn more.
Soon, the young girl was able to earn her first million!
What did she use her first earnings for? Because her mother also owns businesses and can support the family, Irish can keep the money for herself.
But she didn’t use it to buy more gadgets. Instead, she used her first million to buy a property in Zambales.
Now that she already has a lot of her own, the young student continues with her online business with a new goal: to save up for college.
Mommy Irene feels really proud of her daughter. She hopes that her daughter wouldn’t just focus on earning money but also in helping others.
“Sana huwag niyang kakalimutan kung saan siya nagsimula, at uunahan lagi si God at ‘yung laging pagtulong sa kapwa, kasi money follows na lang eh,” Mommy Irene said.
As for Irish, she advises other young people like her to dream big and start young.
“One of my favorite quotes is ‘Dream at a very young age’ because there are no limits to dreams,” the teenage millionaire said.
“Mas maganda na po ‘yung mag-start ka nang maliit at mag-dream ka po nang malaki, para may preparation na rin po sa future.”

What’s the Right Age to Start a Business?
Lots of people say it’s best to start your business after you finish college and already established your independence. Moreover, you can’t legally open a business if you’re below 18 years old.
But with guidance from parents who can handle the legal side of the business, there’s really no minimum age.
Also, in reality, there’s really no right age for business – and that’s proven by countless people, including Irish who earned her first million at 16.
