Burger Bombs Business Earning Over P70K To P80K A Day

If you think you’ve seen enough burger ideas, another trend is making waves. Burger bombs has piqued the interest of many and has been trending online. John Ryan Pangilinan of Burger Bombs shared their business’ humble beginnings and inspiration for success.

According to John Ryan, their inspiration for the burger bombs came from their love of burgers. He said that burger bombs was an idea that he and his friends came up with.

“Inintroduce namin siya kasi mahilig kami sa burgers. Naisip namin bat di kami gumawa ng burger na patok sa masa,” he shared on GMA’s Pera Paraan.

John Ryan described their product saying, “Hindi siya layers ng burger kung di nasa loob na mismo ang ingredients niya.”

The burger bomb was made for people who are in a rush and have no enough time to eat. John Ryan added that the idea was made to make eating burgers more convenient for those who are on the go. “Hindi rin siya ganoon ka messy,” he explained.

They have seven flavors their customers can choose from: Cheese Burger Bombs, Hickory BBQ, Pizza, Cream Pork Floss, Creamy Spinach, Mango, Pineapple Chocolate,

John Ryan said they wanted to stay true to their name and that their burgers will really “explode” with all the fillings and flavors.

He recalled that they began with a capital of P5,000 to P10,000 and started selling in their garage.

Soon, they were able to build a commissary and started franchising.

Now, they have seven branches making an income of P10,000 to P12,000 per day. In total, John Ryan’s burger bombs would earn a whooping income of P70,000 to P80,000 in just one day.

How to make burger bombs

First, prepare the dough. In a mixing bowl, mix together sugar, oil, water, and yeast. Add the flour and knead for 10 minutes. Start cutting the dough in appropriate sizes.

For the filling, start frying the ground beef with white onions. Add soy sauce and pepper. Mix until cooked.

Start assembling the burger buns. Flatten the small dough. Place a small chunk of cheese, ketchup, mustard, chopped onions, and the cooked beef filling. Pull the ends of the dough and bring to the center to close it.

Brush the burger buns with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake it for 10 minutes.
