A couple becomes rich after starting a mango business for just Php15,000. Their story proves that you don’t need a huge capital to start a business and grow it from there.
Mango Business with Php15k
What can you do with Php15,000? These days, that’s likely enough to fill just around one cart of groceries.
But Jochell Lopez Quiñones and her husband were able to start a business, Max Mango, with that money – and it has brought them riches since then.
The business was well thought out because they knew that at the time, there was a high demand for mango shake.
Good Start, Rough Days Ahead
Quiñones recalled that they had a good start with their business because their neighbors were quite supportive. She also posted their products online, so they soon received customers outside their neighborhood.
But sales soon began to dwindle because they didn’t take care of their products or their customer base. She explained that they didn’t really listen to their customers’ feedback.
She also shared that she continues to learn and uses the advice of financial coach Chinkee Tan.
“Nov 2018 nag start ako ng business ko sa isang maliit na tent at lamesa. I follow the advices of coach and nagtyaga ako kahit na may time na matumal at walang benta di ako sumuko,” Quiñones shared.
“Until today, mayroon na ako 5 owned branch and 250+ branches nationwide. Maraming salamat sa advices ni coach at nakapagipon ako. Mayroon na din kami sariling bahay at mga saskyan na ginagamit namin at nakuha namin dahil sa business namin.”
