- Submit the letter of Intent addressed to Eastern Petroleum Corporation, copy of two government issued ID, filled-up application form and curriculum vitae [email protected]. You may also send printed copies to EPC’s head office at U708 Cityland Pasongtamo tower, 2210 Don Chino Roces avenue, Makati city. Indicate your preferred type of LPG Business Partnership (Distributor or Outlet), location of proposed outlet (LPG Outlet Franchisor) or area of interest (LPG Distributor) in the application form.
