  1. hello, as a foreigner, why do I have to provide my departure date? I am currently in Germany and was in the Philippines in May. I have a house there and will probably fly in April/May 2023. Do I have to buy a new SIM card every time I visit the Philippines???? I would like to register my SIM card…I have no problem with that. I don’t want to buy a new SIM card every time I visit my family
