Adith begins her rolls by carefully preparing the rice wrapper. She places the layers of vegetables and meat inside before folding them to close. Inside, Adith puts lettuce, singkamas, carrots, cucumber, yansuy, red lettuce, and shrimps. She also adds nori to the secure roll. Other varities include slices of mango, strawberries, and others. It also has a special sauce that customers truly love.

Aside from the shrimp roll, Adith’s bestsellers are grilled chicken spring rolls, mango spring rolls, grilled chicken and shrimp salad.

Her business hit the jackpot when many people started looking for healthy food options during the pandemic. Adith sold her spring rolls for P100 per tub. She also offers party trays where customers can choose to combine assorted kinds.

Much to Adith’s happiness, her businesses began earning P4,000 a day to over P90,000 per month.

Now, Adith employs workers to help her prepare her spring rolls. From the small apartment where they started, Adith now has a larger space for their production.
