Marian Rivera Launches Clothing Line With Each Piece Worth P10,000

Marian Rivera- Dantes has debuted her clothing line, Flora Vida, with a promise to provide sustainable fashion for all.

The Kapuso star has launched her own sustainable clothing line with a six-piece collection. Flora Vida used to be Marian’s flower shop but she now has transformed it into a lifestyle brand.

Pieces from Marian’s collection can be worn for lounging and everyday activities. According to their website, the linen used in all six pieces is OEKO-TEX certified, which means it does not contain any allergenic dyes, pesticides, heavy metals, or other harmful substances. Each design is priced at P10,000.

They are available in three different color options: white, black, and woodrose.

Marian described her collection as made for comfort and fashion. She also expressed that she enjoyed making the dresses and hopes more people would love it as well.

She wrote,  “Inspired by my love for dressing up and comfortable classic silhouettes, Flora Vida clothing was born. This collection consists of well thought pieces that you can wear for lounging or your day-to-day activities.”

“I hope you enjoy this collection as much as I enjoyed doing it and I look forward to seeing how you will style your Flora Vida clothing pieces!,” she added.

Flora Vida

Marian opened Flora Vida in 2017 as an online flower shop specializing in preserved flower arrangements prepared and designed by the star herself. It was given to her by her husband, Dingdong Dantes, as a present.

In 2020, Marian expanded the business into a lifestyle brand incorporating home decors and furniture under Flora Vida Home.

Flora Vida Home features Marian’s own designs for furniture, pillowcases, table runners, placemats, coasters, and curtains.

One chair she designed is priced at PHP50,000 and up. While the furniture is made with imported materials from Europe, it is handcrafted by artisans in Paete, Laguna.

“Sa pagkakataong ito, sabi ko nga, hitting two birds in one stone ako. Gusto ko iyong fabric from Europe, ‘tapos nilikha ng gawang Pinoy na pinagsama ko siya. So very happy ako sa kinalabasan dahil gawang Pinoy pa rin,” Marian revealed on Pep.

The actress-entrepreneur admitted that her long-term goal has been to create a home line, but she only recently had the time to devote to it.
