Gearing towards expansion by launching more restaurants, Golden Arches Development Corporation (McDonalds Philippines) is looking into adding over 20,000 new crew members and management trainees.
Accordingly, McDonald’s PH will be accepting interested applicants during their nationwide ‘Go Hire Day. In this event, the company will be transforming a number of its restaurant into recruitment hubs that will fast-track the job application process for those who would like to join the company.

According to McDonald’s Philippines Senior Vice President for Human Capital Group Chona Torre, the ‘Go Hire Day’ will make it easier for jobseekers to be a part of the company’s growth.
She added that it is an exciting time to join the company, as they continue to open more stores and provide unique service that raises customers’ experience a notch higher.
Schedules of ‘Go Hire Day’
Jobseekers vying for service crew positions may join the ‘Go Hire Day’ on the following dates and locations;
- January 24 – McDonald’s J Centre, Mandaue City, Cebu
- January 25 – McDonald’s Jones, Cebu City
- January 26 – McDonald’s Kabihasnan, Paranaque City; Lipa Ayala, Batangas; Sta. Ana, Davao City; Angeles Intersection, Pampanga
- Janary 28 – McDonald’s UN Avenue, Manila
Meanwhile, McDonald’s branches in Alabang and Buendia in Makati City will be processing applicants for both Manager Trainee and Service Crew positions on January 26.

What to Bring
Manager-Trainee applicants must bring a copy of their Bachelor’s Degree diploma or certificate. hose who are interested to become part of the Service Crew will need to present a proof of their college enrollment.
The ‘Go Hire Day’ will be accepting and processing job applications from 7:00 AM up to 4:00 PM.
In 2018, McDonald’s Philippines opened 60 new stores, taken in 19,000 new recruits, and introduced a new store format, the NXTGEN.
