After receiving a number of messages from people who want to become ‘neighbors’ with her, Neri Naig-Miranda is now adding another venture into her string of businesses—real estate.
On her Instagram account, the celebrity said that she took her inspiration to enter the real estate business after receiving inquiries from others who wanted to buy a property in Alfonso, Cavite.
She then thought that it would be fun to have them as neighbors and, eventually, have a garden together.
Thus, ‘Team Wais Real Estate’ was born.
On the same Instagram post, Neri assured her future clients of hassle-free transactions. Everything—from paperwork, permits, and others—will be handled by her company, which will also offer flexible modes of payments.
Furthermore, they will also be offering mothers an opportunity to earn extra income through referrals.
She also said that her company already has a partner real estate company and with licensed brokers.
A certified mompreneur
Just recently, Neri emphasized that everything starts with a dream and that it is up to the person whether to act on it or not.
“Nagsimula sa isang pangarap. Pero kailangan natin kumilos para ito’y matupad”, she said on a social media post.
She also advised budding entrepreneurs not to get shy if they want to sell something.
“Maghanap tayo ng ways para makabawi. Wag mahiyag magbenta online o magdeliver. Hindi mo mabubusog ang pamilya mo kapag mahihiya ka o feeling mo pagtatawanan ka ng mga kakilala mo dahil nagbebenta ka lang,” she added.
“Dati pinagtatawanan ako dahil di raw ako sumikat bilang artista kaya bumagsaka na lang daw ako sa pagtitinda ng tuyo,” Neri wrote in her post.
She added that by selling ‘tuyo’ she was able to invest in other businesses and properties.
“Sipag at tiyaga talaga. Kahiit maliit o Malaki ang puhunan mo, kung di ka masipag at wala kang tyaga, wala rin. Sayang ang pera mo,” Neri explains.
