Refresher Course On Business English At EDSA Shangri-La

A “Refresher Course on Business English” seminar will be held by the Center for Best Global Practices on February 22 and 23, 2018 at the EDSA Shangri-la Hotel, Mandaluyong City.

The two-day back-to-basics is an intensive program targeted to professionals, entrepreneurs and senior executives, to help them refresh their memories and also resharpen their skills to give strength to their skills with the world’s language for business.

Everybody is expected to find value in it, whether in writing a proposal, creating letters, editing documents, creating sales presentations, writing a speech, for everyone, young and old, rank and file and even decision makers.

The seminar will feature Professor Lucris Carina Agnir-Paraan who is the course director at the Center for Best Global Practices.

A bearer of a doctorate degree, major in English studies which she got from the University of the Philippines in Diliman. There, she was awarded the “Outstanding Dissertation” of the College of Arts and Letters.

She has an MA that she earned in Language and Literature at the University of the Philippines in Baguio. There, she graduated with a 1.007 GPA.

She also has an AB in Philosophy that she earned at UP Diliman. She graduated from high school at the International School of Kuala Lumpur. There, she was the first Asian and first woman editor-in-chief of their school paper.

She regularly conducts public and in-house English refresher workshops and seminar about business communication and also verbal skills.

With her credentials, she is surely the perfect candidate to lead the two-day back-to-basic seminar that is meant to help everyone refresh their skills in Business English.
