Killion Merchandising
If you are okay with going through seas of people, you can brave the crowd and go to Killion Merchandising in Quiapo to buy your ingredients. The ingredients here are way cheaper than the first two stores that are mentioned above. Mainly because of the location, they don’t have an expensive rent, I suppose?
Everything you need for baking is available here, except the expensive imported ones. You’ll find two doors when you go there, the big one is where you will “order” your ingredients. The smaller one is where you will wait for your number to be called so you can claim your items, already packed and ready to bring.
