In many Pag-IBIG offices, the lines can be so long and it would take you at least a few hours of waiting to get your loan processed or even just to pay for your loans and contributions. But did you know that you can actually pay online and save yourself the hassle?
Paying Your Pag-IBIG Loans and Contributions Online
It’s easy to pay for your Pag-IBIG loans and contributions online. Follow these steps:
Step 1. You need 1) to be a Pag-IBIG member and 2) register for a Virtual Pag-IBIG account.
Step 2. Log in to your Virtual Pag-IBIG account. From the bar on the left side, find the section for ‘PAYMENTS’.
Step 3. Click ‘Pay Online’. Choose from the dropdown list for the item that you need to pay for:
- Regular Savings

Payment options available:
- Credit or debit cards

Step 5. Enter the amount you need or want to pay. The platform will automatically calculate the amount due based on your amortization/contribution and payment method chosen.

Step 6. Click ‘Next’. Fill out the form with your billing address and contact information.
Make sure to enter the CAPTCHA code and click the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Step 7. Click ‘Next’. Review the details. If everything is correct, click ‘Proceed’.
Step 8. You’ll be taken to the payment portal. You have to pay depending on what payment method you picked. Enter your payment details carefully.
Step 9. Confirm your payment. The site will take you to the payment platform. Don’t close the window! Wait until you’re redirected to the Pag-IBIG site.
Step 10. You’ll receive confirmation of your payment as a text message. But your payment will only be credited after a few days.
Step 11. Check the online platform (under the ‘PRODUCTS’ section) from time to time to see whether the payment was already reflected on your account.
