How to Franchise Your Own Chic-Boy Restaurant

Filipinos love to eat – whether there are special occasions or not. We enjoy eating out and indulging in our favorite food at our favorite restaurants. Chicken inasal and pork liempo are among the favorite foods that Pinoys love to eat – and true enough, you will find several restaurants serving these dishes.

Chic-Boy Restaurant is one of these top favorites. The food chain started in Cebu City back in 2010 by founder Francis Juan. The restaurant’s name is a play at ‘chicken’ and ‘baboy’ (pig), the two main ingredients for their bestsellers, the Chicken Inasal and Cebu Pork Liempo.

Aside from these two main dishes, Chic-Boy also offers other dishes:

  • Lechon sisig
  • Bangus sisig
  • Chicken sisig
  • Tuna sisig
  • Pork barbecue
