There are many benefits to turning your private space into a vacation rental. One of the biggest benefits  is that you can generate income from it. This can be a great way to offset the cost of maintaining the property and even make a profit. Earnings can also be used to start another business or to expand and grow your property to make it more profitable.

Zsa Zsa and her partner, noted architect Conrad Onglao, built Casa Esperanza in Lucban, Quezon, back in 2018. Since they listed it on Airbnb, the property has been getting rave reviews. Nestled among the lush greenery, you can bask in the fresh air of a paradise away from the hustle and bustle of the city. On Airbnb, Zsa Zsa explained that they love this property because she and her partner are both nature lovers.

In a recent article on Philstar, Zsa Zsa explained that Casa Esperanza is meant to create a relaxing atmosphere for families and groups. She said that they wanted to ensure the place was perfect for creating memories by opening different amenities.

“At Casa Esperanza, we warmly welcome groups and families seeking to create unforgettable memories. Take a refreshing dip in our saltwater pool, stroll through our lush garden, and savor the serenity of dining inside our greenhouse. We love seeing our guests refreshed and rejuvenated after spending a night or two in our home, and we can’t wait to host more guests on Airbnb this summer,” the actress-singer said.

The dreamy farmhouse has a 25-meter long, four-feet-deep saltwater pool, three casitas with their own luxurious bathrooms, a man-made pond, a fountain canopied by lush foliage, and so much more. Recently, Zsa Zsa shared a video on Facebook of Casa Esperanza’s greenhouse full of beautiful plants that “plantitos” and “plantitas” would surely love.

If you are considering converting your rest house into a vacation property, it could be a great opportunity to generate income. Make sure your property is well-maintained, set competitive rates, and market it well. Good luck!
