It’s amazing how GCASH has evolved from a simple money remittance app into a financial powerhouse that now includes an online job market platform. What’s even more amazing is that users can earn money by making job referrals – and some referral bonuses can be as high as Php65,000! Wow.
GCASH Jobs
As a job market platform, GCASH is now an avenue where users can find jobs for themselves or their friends and family members – and earn extra cash by making job referrals.
Just as it’s simple to take loans via GLOANS, pay in installments via GGIVES, or invest in the stock market via GSTOCKS, finding or referring jobs can also be so easy on the platform’s JOBS section.
Referral bonuses can vary, with the minimum being Php1,000 but can go as high as several thousand.
One job even had a referral bonus of Php65,000.
Take note that you only receive your referral bonus after a specified time, depending on the employer’s requirements.
Also note that all users get only 6 referral credits per job opening – so use your referral credits wisely.
Remember that you only earn money once your referral actually applies for the job and gets hired by the company
Making Money with Job Referrals
Step 1. To start making referrals and earning money, simply find the JOBS icon by clicking on “View All” on the app’s home screen, and then finding the correct icon.
Step 2. Sign up by giving GCASH permission to use your stored data from their system.
Step 3. Scroll through the job list and read the listings or ads to determine whether your friend or family member is qualified. Be sure to ask them, of course, since you also need their full name and email address.

Step 4. Once you find a suitable job, click “REFER.” You can also customize the message to tell your friend or family member about the job listing.
Step 5. Wait for your friend to apply and get hired.
If your referral is hired, you get the referral bonus, though the amount you receive and when you’ll get it can vary, depending on different factors.
For example, some companies pay the referral fees once your referral is hired, but others only pay the bonus in installments, depending on your referral’s length of stay at their new job.
While you don’t get your money just for referring someone (they need to actually be hired and stay with the company a certain period), the job referral bonus is still a potentially good way to earn extra cash just by clicking on your phone.
