“Talagang sakripisyo po ang kailangan mo kasi talagang mahirap ang hanapbuhay na pagkain. Araw-araw po na ganoon po. Sakripisyo lang. Pero kapag tulad nito biniyayaan kami na nag-click ito, masarap naman sa pakiramdam,” she shared on Pera Paraan.

How To Make Viclen’s Special Valenciana

Start by cooking the valenciana chicken. Saute garlic and onions in a big pan with oil. Add in pieces of chicken meat and mix in the atsuete powder and pepper. Cover the pan for 15 minutes. Then, you can start slowly mixing everything before adding the chopped potatoes and sliced bell peppers. Cover the pan again and let it cook for another 15 minutes.

Next, you can start cooking the valenciana rice. Remove the pieces of valenciana chicken from the sauce and add the rice. Simply mix the rice with the flavorful valenciana sauce.
